Shipping Destinations and Methods We currently offer shipping services to all contiguous states in the United States. We cooperate with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS and FedEx to ensure the safe delivery of your packages. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international locations, please contact our customer service team in advance for specific shipping options and related information. 3. Shipping Costs and Delivery Timeframes Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping destination and selected delivery method. Specific costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We offer the following shipping options: - Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS Ground): Delivery takes 3-7 business days, with a flat rate of $7.95 for orders under $59. Free standard shipping is available for orders of $59 or more. - Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority/UPS 2-Day): Delivery takes 1-3 business days, with a shipping fee of $11.95 (only available for in-stock items, not applicable to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories). Note: Delivery timeframes are approximate and start from the date your order is shipped. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days, which may affect delivery times. 4. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address, which includes a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the order status and tracking information by logging into your account on our platform. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact our customer service team promptly. 5. Shipping Restrictions Due to relevant regulations, some beauty products (such as aerosols, flammable liquids) may have shipping restrictions. We will check your order before shipping; if your order contains restricted items, we will contact you to adjust your order or provide alternative solutions. In addition, we do not deliver to P.O. box addresses; please provide a valid physical address when placing your order. 6. Lost, Damaged or Undelivered Packages If your package is lost, damaged or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. For lost or damaged packages caused by the carrier, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. For undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fee for reshipment; if you choose a refund instead of reshipment, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, transportation failures, customs delays) or carrier-related issues beyond our control. 7. Returns and Exchanges Shipping You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your package, provided that the products are unused, unopened, in their original packaging with tags attached. For returns or exchanges caused by product quality issues, we will bear the return shipping fee; for returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (such as disliking the product), you will bear the return shipping fee.
